If you use the calculator

The sliders run entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere while you move them, and if you never press the send button I've no idea you were on the page beyond an anonymous visit count.

If you do send it, I get your email address, the outfit name if you typed one, and the numbers you entered. I use that to email you the breakdown and to have something real to talk about if we speak. It isn't sold, rented, or handed to anyone else, and it doesn't go into a marketing list you have to unsubscribe from.

If you email or call

Whatever you tell me stays between us. If we end up working together, your operational data is covered by the confidentiality terms in the service agreement, same as every client.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for page counts and which sections people read. It sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifier, and can't follow you to other sites. That's why there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.

Email I send through Resend records whether a message was delivered and opened, which is standard for any business email.

Getting it deleted

Email ryan@reachflowstudio.com or call (520) 528-7579and say so. I'll delete it and confirm. No form, no process.
